Q: If one comic is not funny or does not make sense, then is MMM BooGrrs done?
A: Never! I refuse to give up just because of an unsuccessful strip. I will take it down, archive it, and come up with a better one. Are you saying I have a disappointing strip? Pray, I ask you to point me to the offender!

Q: When are you going to add that nifty feature highlighting each of your characters?
A: Good question. I don't know :( When I find undisturbed time to work on it, I suppose.

Q: Do you draw every single panel by hand?
A: No. The heads of the characters are pre-drawn and persistent, so I just copy and paste for that. Body, hand positions and facial expressions are redone every panel, unless the same gesture can be reused. I could redraw everything, but that results in inconsistency. I also try to keep it as simple as possible, as I find that easier on the eyes.

Q: Why is Dick named Dick, if he's pubic hair?
A: Actually his real name's Richard. Maybe he prefers to be called Dick because it reminds him of particular body part he came from? :P

Q: What do the pink hearts and "popular" mean on the comics page?
A: Pink hearts are given to certain comics that earn a great number of laughs/pageviews. "Popular" comics are the same, but with higher standards, and are top-notch to the point that they are shared, linked to and favourited a number of times. Information on pageviews, number of sites linking to that comic's page, and the number of times that it has been favourited is gathered from the site statistics from Statcounter.com, DeviantArt and DrunkDuck.

Q: What are the benefits of subscribing to the mailing list?
A: Signing up for the mailing list will be more convenient on your part. New comics will be e-mailed to you as soon as, or even before, they're uploaded onto the site so you'll always be one of the first to get at them. Sometimes, when I'm high on ideas, I create extra comic strips. I might e-mail these as well to get feedback from my readers and then later decide on whether on not to upload them. So not only are you contributing on the "quality check", you're also privileged enough to read comics that the regular readers may never see.

Q: Where do the boogrrs live? Can they travel to another city or place?
A: Boogrrs used to live in a place called "Yornoz", but when an evil bandit called "The Fingrr" came into town, they were exiled from their warm lodgings into the cold world outside. Right now they live in a small, boogrr-friendly town called BooGrrville.

Q: Can I send you an idea for a comic? And if I can, how?
A: Sure you can and you can email it to me. Simply use the form in the 'Contact' page with the title "Comic Idea" or something similar so I'd know what the email is about. Note that whether or not I use your idea would depend on humour / originality and the number of comics I have planned for that month. Also, even if I do decide to use it, it might not appear right away. That's why it'd be great if you could leave an email so I can contact you if/when it appears. Leaving your name so I can give you credit would be a great idea too :)

Q: Do you get a lot of people asking you to turn them into boogrr characters?
A: Believe it or not, yes. A lot of people ask me to 'boogrrize' them, and sometimes when I feel like it, I do. However, not all of them become actual cast members of my comics. So those of you who HAVE become boogrrized (you know who you lot are) consider yourselves very special. :)

Q: Why does Blitty have no boobs?
A: An excellent question that, unfortunately, has no real answer. Perhaps it's because she's a pre-pubescent. Or because she's transexual and whoever performed surgery on her forgot to give her boobs. Or maybe because the artist (me) simply was too lazy to draw the bumps. Take your pick. Whichever disturbs you more.

A: Scary Gary is a mutant boogrr with oversized eyeballs. He has an annoying habit of pissing on Blinky while waving his his hands in the air and going "psss".

A: He isn't. He was the result of a failed cloning experiment. The scientists were trying to clone the Incredible Hulk, but stole the wrong genes and cloned his asshole instead.

A: If they're still in my nose that would mean they haven't yet been penetrated by the Fingrr, and therefore, yes they are virgins.

A: Hmm ... I would say Boo and Blinky; Boo for his tendency to morph from a perfectly normal individual to a psychotic maniac, and Blinky for his size and pervertedness.

A: Not really, but some strips do cover up certain topics such as homosexuality, obesity and cruelty to midgets. Please don't hurt midgets. They wipe your privates with their hair whenever they unknowingly walk between your legs.

A: In MMM BooGrrs terms, 'boogrrs' refer to the characters, while 'boogers' are the green or (insert colour here) slimy stuff you find in your nose.

A: Depends on the number of panels and how lazy / distracted I am at the time. On average though, an 8 panel comic would take me about 45 minutes with minimal distractions.

A: I wasn't sure when another friend asked me the same question months ago. But eight seems like the most appropriate age, so eight years old he is.

A: When the strip about Blitty being transexual first came out, I would've said no. But then I thought it would add an interesting (though highly disturbing) twist to the comic. So yes, she is.

Q: Why call your comic 'MMM BooGrrs'?
A: Interesting question.
If you've read the 'About' page, you'd know that 'MMM' stands for 'mange ma morve', which means 'eat my snot' in French. A friend and I stumbled across the word 'morve' in the French dictionary during one particulary boring French class.
Combine that with the word 'boogrrs' [properly spelled as 'boogers'] and you've got a phrase that suggests you've just eaten and savoured the taste of your nose pickings.
Also, one of the comic's main characters is 'Boo', a schizophrenic blob whose evil alter-ego is aptly named 'Grr'. Put them together and what do you get? Rather fitting, don't you think?
Overall, I don't know - I just liked it and thought it was catchy.
