Comic # 185 (Blark's Other Secret) uploaded. Not the best, I admit (I am still waiting for that GIO - Genious Idea Outbreak), but definitely a lot better than most comic strips in the newspaper. Honestly, a lot of them are losing their humour. Even the Archie comics are getting retardedly dumb now ... or is it just because I've grown out of that stage? Oh well ...

In the meanwhile, I hope this strip will suffice. I know I've deprived you guys of this snotty godness for well over a month, but bear with me while I get my life rolling again. Personal issues, major decisions and social deprivation has played a role in my slow updates, but things are quickly catching up and improving. I can't promise constant updates for a while, but at least I'm not suddenly deciding to quit MMM BooGrrs because that would just be tragic. Like discovering that you're pregnant, or that you've gained 20 pounds. Or something like that.

Comic Artist's Block :( (April 02 2008)
I think the title of this news update speaks for itself. About a month ago I been hit with the dreaded, dreaded comic artist's block ... and it still hasn't gone away! So if anyone has asked themselves the question whether or not MMM BooGrrs has stopped running - the answer is no. The comic (and its artist) is still alive but just going through that phase which hopefully will pass soon enough.

Also, just to let you guys know I'll be MIA for a while (wisdom teeth surgery) and the doctor has enforced upon me a week-long of bedrest. That's just how badly my wisdom teeth are positioned, I suppose, so it can't just be one of those normal extractions with the aid of anaesthetic. Anyway, if you must send me e-mail, go on right ahead. I just might take a while to reply.

One other thing, MMM BooGrrs was on the front page of MacMaster University's newspaper, The Silhouette.

Another Year ... (January 12 2008)
Oh boy. Another year. Another 12 months to go through.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates. The past few weeks have been stressful, especially as of late. The year hasn't exactly started off in the best way for me; I lost a good friend of mine on the 7th and I am still in denial. I wish it didn't have to end the way it did, and I know I'm still willing to forgive certain things. But life moves on, and I can only change what I can. The rest is to be decided upon by others. Perhaps I shall expand on this when I'm ready.

Anyway, on a happier note I have FINALLY updated. There's a new comic up and another one already made, but pending release. Those of you who are subscribed to the mailing list would have seen the comic in the mail I have sent out.

March 2008 will also be MMM BooGrrs' third birthday. And speaking of birthdays ... HAPPY __TH BIRTHDAY, MUM (she likes to keep her age private)!

As for the rest of you, I pray you all had a happy Christmas and here's a toast for a great 2008. Hopefully yours started off way better than mine did. Cheers!

Happy Birthday Blinky! (December 13 2007)
The 13th of December is Blinky's birthday and I've uploaded a comic (#176) relating to. Click HERE to see it. I just didn't update the image at the top because I wanted to keep the Santa fellow on there.

Also, to those folk who were present and participated with the Operation Christmas Child fathering that I had at my place, we were featured on the "Confidential", a community monthly newspaper.

Those living in Scarborough area, you can pick up a copy of the December issue at Golden Valley (Ellesmere and Birchmount). I must say I'm rather irked at the fact that my website link was neglected, and the title of the article seemed rather inappropriate, but oh well.

New Facebook Link (November 10 2007)
Facebook has been busy lately, and so have I. They recently released the "Facebook Pages" and after a quick test, I found out how much better it is compared to the groups. So, keen on being up-to-date, I made a page for my MMM BooGrrs comics. So here's a call for those who have added the MMM BooGrrs group - please continue to show your support and become a fan of the comic by following this link. It wouldn't take you more than 10 seconds on high-speed, I promise. :)

And don't forget - spread the word!

Operation Christmas Child (November 05 2007)
The creator of MMM BooGrrs (me!) got a couple of her friends together to collect gifts for Christmas, which in turn would be forwarded to the children of the poorer countries of the world. This was a project by the Samaritan's Purse, and the little get-together was to raise awareness of the cause.

Though a lot of people were unable to make it due to school and work schedule clashes, it was still a success and an ample number of gift boxes were collected (special thanks to Rachel C. for her gratuity).

If you would like to give yourself a reason to truly feel warmhearted this Christmas, donate a shoe box filled with little goodies for children around the world. You still have some time to do it - the final collection date is on the 10th for Canadian citizens. For people in other parts of the world, the collction date begins on the 12th. Happy Halloween! (October 31 2007)
It's that time of year again! Hurray! Get ready to feast on sweet delicacies! Wander around a selected neighbourhood and demand for a handful of them goodies. Don't forget to follow these important points though:

1. Never run when crossing the street.
2. Only approach houses if their decorations are up and their lights are on.
3. Never actually go INSIDE a house. Stay outside the door.
4. Always have at least one other friend with you.
5. If they don't give you enough candy, poke them with a taser gun, steal everything, and wrap their home's exterior with toilet-paper.

I can't give you candy, but I have uploaded a new comic for the occasion. Current comic subscribers get a special extra strip that was supposed to have been for last year's Halloween, but was never released. If you'd like nice little extras like that, sign up for the mailing list! It's a lot more convenient, I tell you :)

Well I think the new layout is a MAJOR improvement and I think I shall be applying a Halloween theme to it once the event is close at hand. Also, a slight change has been made to the comic pages and the contact and FAQ links are in working order now.
